Measure Treasure
2010 - 2012
Measuring tools not only allow us to be more precise in our actions and analyze our own operations, but also to come to a better understanding of our world.
To make sense of a measure, parameters and a grid are established. Detailed measures of the human figure are needed to build garments. The outcome is a wearable piece inspired from technology and the process of measure that embodies the measuring tool.
This project was exhibited at the Biennale Internationale Design Saint-Etienne, France in March 2013 and at the Museum für Angewandte Kunst Frankfurt, Germany, Fall 2012 as part of the collective exhibition «C’est pas mon genre».
