I absolutely have to share with you the gratitude tool I created over the holidays. It’s a gratitude journal that will guide you for 30 days following a 3-component gratitude method.
This method has deeper effects than a simple gratitude practice. I discovered it in 2022* with Alisha Wielfaert in a virtual workshop on Flourish, a community for creatives founded by Bonnie Christine. It only takes 5 minutes and you only need to do it for 30 days (they don’t have to be consecutive) to feel the benefits for several months, even years.
Inspired by this method, I created a printable journal to guide me, and I’m sharing it with you so you can benefit too!
